German Pancake Recipe
This is my German pancake recipe! My whole family loves this recipe and it is very easy to make. German pancakes (aka Dutch Babies) are very rich and can be served with fruit, or powdered sugar. Enjoy!
Makes two pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
6 eggs
4 tbsp melted butter
1 cup milk
1 stick of butter cut in half (for melting in the pan)
Powdered sugar or jam
1/2 cup sugar

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
In a pan melt 4 tbs butter on medium heat.
Add half of pancake mixture and cook for two minutes.
Transfer to a pie dish. (Not necessary if using oven safe pans)
Bake until pancake rises and is golden in color
Repeat for second pancake
Serve immediately with powdered sugar or jam
