Summer in Salem- A list of family activities!
Having kids with a big age gap like mine can make finding family activities that are fun for everyone hard to come by. Sometimes we are able to find something everyone likes and somedays we take turns. After all, I believe teaching the kids that love is all about making each other happy and sacrifices. You really can’t always please everyone! I have compiled a list of events, educational activities, and just some good ol' family fun!

Riverfront Park Carousel
City of Salem park water fountains- There are so many in the area and my kids could spend hours there.

Bike ride from Minto-Brown to Riverfront Park
Bush Barn Art Center- Then take the kids to one of the playgrounds there, have a picnic at the gazebo, and have a photo shoot at the roses!
